Unul dintre cele mai bine primite filme din cadrul Festivalului de Film Sundance a fost The Kids Are Alright, o comedie [neobisnuita] de familie, in care Mark Ruffalo, Julianne Moore, Annette Bening, Mia Wasikowska si Josh Hutcherson interpreteaza rolurile principale.

Filmul spune povestea a doi copii conceputi prin inseminare artificiala, care, ajunsi la adolescenta, vor sa isi cunoasca tatal biologic si decid sa il aduca in familia lor. The Kids Are Alright este regizat de Lisa Cholodenko.
